Ivan is a former basketball pro who worked for the EU and the UN in Scotland, Luxembourg and the United States before bringing his dream to life by starting sports and education based companies.
If out of office, look for him at the swimming pool, beach volleyball court, or a tennis court – his shrines of fun and frustration. Ivan lives between Portugal and Croatia, is happily divorced and co-parents two children whose names begin with Z.
Filip is a former basketball player turned international lawyer turned entrepreneur. With a knack for navigating global complexities and a passion for crafting unforgettable sporting events, Filip brings a winning attitude and keen business acumen to everything he touches. From the court to the boardroom to the poolside, Filip’s journey is a testament to versatility, determination, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Vanja is a genuine sportsman, actively involved in swimming and football since he was a toddler. With
a true passion for competitive sports, he found his way into trail running, which became his main
focus over the past years.
Vanja is educated in the field of Tourism Management and holds a bachelor’s degree in event planning. With more than 7 years of professional experience, he is now combining the best of both worlds by organising sports events & tours. Vanja is a part of our team since 2022 but is still hopeful that he can be the next Killian Jornet.
Monika is the master of organization and paperwork at SwimCamps! With a background in admin and accounting applied in the travel sector, she keeps our invoices in line and our spreadsheets spotless. Outside of work, you’ll find her tending to her garden oasis or enjoying black coffee and dark chocolate with her beloved cat. With Monika on our team, everything’s as tidy as her garden beds!
Mateja is not your classic sport-enthusiast and is more than comfortable with a simple cheerleading
role! With more than 13 years of professional experience she knows all the tips & tricks in the travel
industry.
Her education background in economics and marketing mix very well with her organisational skills and passion for travel. This definitely makes her a go-to person for designing your travel programs, no matter how untypical or specific. When she’s not traveling, Mateja enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking and taking lots (and lots) of pictures along the way!
