Lauren Quigley picked up three silver medals at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014, with the 50m Backstroke the highlight (4th in 100m Backstroke) and 7th fastest in the world at 50m and 100m Backstroke following the 2015 World Swimming Championships in Kazan, Russia 2015.

She underlined her potential as a 16-year old, winning her first British senior medal with 50m Backstroke bronze at the 2011 British Gas Swimming Championships, then adding silver on her international debut at the European Junior Championships in Belgrade.

Lauren continues a tradition of world class swimmers in her family, her mother Yvonne Stanley having swam internationally and her aunt Gaynor Stanley having competed for Team GB at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. While finishing her competiteve swimming career, Lauren has dedicated her professional life to supporting not just swimmers but all athletes, parents and coaches.
